    Started making a loud noise when spinning! Very unhappy and ain’t even had a year

    They seem to work well but create a water hammer in the house plumbing. Will try a pipe attachment that reduces the effect.

    Stay away from deliveey

    I moved from Ca to Az. I had my items delivered prior to my arrival. When I arrived into Az 2 weeks later, I immediately noticed damage to my washer (initially I thought it was the dryer… thats how quickly I called upon getting into town) I called the customer service department and they refused to exchange the product. It arrived with 3 giant dents in the front. When asking to speak with a manager, she refused stating “they are just going to tell you what I just did” I was on a fake hold for almost 10 minutes. It was extremely frustrating. I bought a washer/ dryer and a fridge and the fridge also arrived with a dent. I will NEVER buy anything from Best Buy again.

    We've had this washer for 5 months and the drum of the washer continues to break down. Apparently there's a bolt that keeps coming loose. It's been fixed 3 times now, and this continues to happen. We were told samsung will just rather have the washer part replaced then to replace the whole unit, even if it's a faulty washer. So each time it breaks, we have to wait 1 full week for an appointment, then an additional week for the "part"to come in. 2 weeks out each time. This has been the most inconvenient experience. Wish we would of knew about this before purchasing.

    Functionnality are really interresting, for the price it comes pack with option of a higher price range machine. Although, Additionally to be more noisy than previous SAmsung model we had, the washer leak from the bottom the very first time we did laundry. previous model owned started to leak only almost 10 years after I bought it. Fortunately, we noticed it inside the return period and were able to get a refund. Best Buy arrange pick up and made it super easy to return. 5 Stars for the service

    My previous washer was a Samsung. Smart is not what the washer is. It’s annoying . I have pets so I like to use an extra rinse cycle . After the wash cycle is finished THEN you can start the extra cycle. My previous washer you could set it up at the beginning . The app has a just spin cycle but on the panel there is no indicator for just spin. Finally the clean filter prompt came on. this is why the just spin cycle is important TO DRAIN the water so there is no flooding. Since that wasn’t available I was forced open the lint filter so I could enjoyed a flood of water. Do not buy this washer. There are other annoying things about this washer but the above are the worst .

      Thank you for your review. Kevin. When you do laundry, you should consider the weight of each load you wash/dry to get the best results. Both heavy and light items can overload your washing machine and dryer. Please see the link below.

      Also, Calibration mode should be used right after installing your washer, when you adjust your washer, and when you feel that the weight detection (and amount of water per cycle) is inaccurate. Periodically performing this task only takes a few minutes. Before calibrating your washing machine, ensure it's nice, secure, and positioned where you want it.
