We thought it looked odd because it had information attached that looked like it had been on the showroom floor. The fabric dispenser did not work properly, so after a month i called Best Buy. They would not talk to me, they transferred my call to Samsung. After one hour on the phone with them, including video call, they determined that we had the wrong dispenser. Our new washer had sat on the floor at Best Buy for who knows how long, and Canibolized! Best Buy is NOT your best bet.Now we wait for replacement dispenser for one month.

Never again! This washer is absolute junk. It is constantly off balance and "dances" all over the floor. It's actually damaged the walls in my house. I had tremendous luck out of my last washer/dryer set (LG) so this is partly my fault. I really wish I could get my money back. This washer/dryer purchase was a big regret.
