Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This washer is busting at the seams with features, the only thing lacking is a detergent resevoir. I have not had a chance to purchase the dryer to go with it yet but I have been beyond happy with the performance and level of cleaning it provides. Even the super speed wash is a god send when I dont want to be up till 11 pm after running my daughters clothes through I can toss my smaller load in and the Echo Show in my room as well as my phone wake me up when the cycle is finished so I can go down and swap over to the dryer and head right back to bed. If you pair with the smart things app you also get an ETA for the time of the cycle to be finished which is awesome when your single parenting your way through life and constantly working around other schedules. One complaint is that this magical anti vibration tech seems to still be lacking. But its spinning at who knows how many rpms so im sure if i didnt run it on max spin it would be a non issue.

Lots of setting choices, too. One thing though, be prepared for a 20 second concert at the end of the wash cycle. There's no way you won't notice when the load is done.

Inside the drum is very large and my clothes always come out clean. The only complaint I have is that a piece from the back of the machine malfunctioned not allowing cold water to enter. So whenever it would get to the rinse cycle I would get an error code. This also caused a mini flood. The manufacture warranty covered the needed part and the repair. Because of this, I purchased the extended warranty as I feel it may come in handy after the manufacturer warranty has expired

The cycle was almost complete and was shinning then all of a sudden sounded like a bomb went off. Went and looked and the front door was blown off and one of the balance weights from the drum had flown through it and hit the wall. Absolute garbage.

After six Samsung service calls it still doesn't work and leaked water all over our new floors. Samsung customer support non existent even with the extended warranty. For your own sanity please choose another brand. We purchased sixteen months ago, washer has not been operational for more than four of those months.

Washer had issue right after the 1 year mark and out of warranty manufacturer of course. The dryer went out after 3 months which I had to get it replaced. Samsung appliances are cheaply made. BUY at your own risk.
