Great but damaged while loading at Best Buy

If you want a stackable unit... avoid Samsung
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this washer in December 2021, and the matching dryer in July 2022. They are stacked, and unfortunately, we are having issues with the washer since January. After following all the advice from Samsun Tech support, the opened a ticket to have the unit repair. After almost a month, the unit has not been serviced because Samsung forgot to mention that they don't perfom services in stacked units. You as client have to pay someone to unstacked the units, so Samsung will check the washer. I highly recommend avoiding Samsung, not only the product start failing a couple of months after purchased, but they don't provide the service to repair a stackable unit.

Your washer will vibrate and make some noise, but it should be barely noticeable. If your washer is shaking violently, ensure the shipping bolts are removed for the front load model.
