Must place rag on floor if it is not water proof like tiles etc.. WiFi connectivity not as advertised. I can start the laundry per smart-things app but do not get an audible end of cycle signal through the app.

The washer looks good and after connecting it via the smart things app, it lets you know when the cleaning cycle is done. Really convenient and saves me from walking up to the laundry room on the second floor to check if its done.

Great Washer & Dryer

My last Samsung washer and dryer were 15 years old and I never has one issue. I was moving, so I figured I would stick with Samsung. This new set is much more quiet than my last set. I would recommend this washer & dryer to anyone.

I did learn that the system will lock if the clean out/filter is not maintained. It’s simple to clean it out, should be done more often but we had ours over a year before I ran into this learning experience.

Best washer and dryer we’ve ever owned and the WiFi feature is nice as you can check the status of the cycles on your phone. Hopefully they will last a long long time.

This is my first front load machine and I must admit I think it’s awesome. Clothes come out clean and I’ve noticed I use less detergent. Still getting used to all the cycle but the sanitize feature is one of my favorites. Hope this washer lasts as long as my previous one.
