Great washer. Love the features and it’a very quiet.

Have been using Samsung 4.5 cu ft smart washer for more than two months. Happy with the purchase. Clothes are happy. Old whirlpool was making lots of noises. This is very very quiet. I haven't tried the washer app yet but that should be Ok. Recommend this washer.

Product is good however it vibrates a lot during spin cycle. But overall a good product. Best buy charges extra for cables and pipes saying free installation. Delivery people should be installing the product carefully and not banding it on the floor or on driveway while taking off the truck.

I love this washer and I got the matching drying too. It is everything I hoped and expected it to be. It is my first front load washer and I know I made the right choice. I did a lot of homework on different washers/dryers and a lot of debating of styles and brands. I had recently bought a Samsung stove and loved it and knew Samsung had really good ratings on all of the appliances, so I knew I wanted this brand. What I didn't know I wanted and wondered why I had to purchase at the time was the wi-fi. One more thing to break and one more thing to add to the cost, but this is how it came. Guess what! You want this too! Mine is in the basement and do you know how nice it is to be told your laundry is ready for the dryer or done in the dryer? It is a total wonderful extra I am so glad I have now and totally spoiled by this extra feature!!

Well, the first thing that I have to say is that of you stack them, the washer make it like a freight train is coming through the house during the normal spin cycle. I had to lower the spin cycle so it wouldn’t be soo loud. The problem now is, the doors lock when it’s finished. You have to turn it back on so the washer will unlock to get your clothes. It makes a bunch of thumping and clanking when you start a load now. I gotta get in touch with Samsung before the year is over to get someone to come and look at it. They look nice but, I’m not a big fan on how they work…

We purchased the washer and dryer with a stacking kit. It has worked great and we have been pleased with the use of the equipment. The only issue we have had is connecting the dryer to our phones but no issues with the washer. The delivery drivers were amazing and super helpful!

So far loving it! Easy to work with and it's quiet.

So far we love this washer. Very easy to use. Best Buy set it up perfectly. The only thing to consider is the darker colors. We have the dark stainless steel. We also have our cat liter boxes in the laundry room. The darker color is a dust magnet. We have to wipe down the machines daily. They look great though.

I had been using an older washer so I was expecting a lot from this new unit but it has been even better than expected. The dirtiest kids sports clothes are no match for this rugged yet elegant unit. Some great water saving options also so Greta types will be pleased to feel they are doing their part

At first it’s a little confusing to use, but once you get the hang of it, seems so simple and easy! Love how convenient it is to use it on WiFi mode & it also provides with washing recipes to save water and detergent. Definitely recommend!

Amazing washing machine large unit and real quiet. So many features haven't even had a chance to use them all. The little song it plays when the wash is done is nice. So much better than an anoying alarm. Much better than my old Maytag.

Great Machine... Went to Appliance Factory 1st... For convenience... Close to my Work..2 washer dryer units had issues... Took many weeks to get them swapped out... In the end.... They were returned.... Will never go back to Appliance Factory

We've had this washer for about a month and so far so good. I had one load where the powder detergent didn't dissolve completely but I may have used too much for the load size, not sure. The washer is easy to use though.

Love all the options for cycles, the look of it and the fact that it lets me know on my phone when the laundry is done. So now I never forget that there is laundry in there! And I can let my husband know that he needs to go out stuff in the drier. Would purchase again

This washer will clean your clothes using less water. It is great addition to your home if you value quality and Eco-friendly appliances. So far, it has worked great without any issues. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice front load washer.

Loved this appliance it’s quiet and cleans well. Only issue is the install was not done properly on the base and broke. You can’t tell but if you move it you can definitely notice.

I am extremely satisfied with this washer.I love this washer , it’s quiet and fits perfect in my laundry room.It is quiet, washes really big loads, and has so many wash options.

Previously had a LG front load washer in the house and it built up so much dirt and grim that it could not be salvaged. After we got this washer, it cleaned better than expected and also would let you control the wash through the Samsung app. Amazing overall washer.

This Samsung washer is great I love how it messages me when the load is done and has a great number of cycles my clothes always come out clean and normally with not to much water for the dryer to dry them overall I would recommend this washer to anyone
