In love with my new washer! My washer is black color and I also have a Samsung dryer. The settings are simple to use, it’s very quite and love the sounds when the load it’s completed. Hope it last for long.

Got this a little over a month ago and I am very pleased. Works very quietly and drains really well. Now I need to get its partner electric dryer to maximize the experience.... :)

Works perfectly, has more features that I know what to do with, I use the app, only so I know when the machine is done because if you not standing right in front of it, you can’t hear it running!!! Great purchase!

Works good for most part, cleans really well. No matter how big or small a load, mixed, or just shirts, it does vibrate pretty hard on spin cycle. It is leveled properly, yet still shakes the floor but stays in place. Was hoping it would be better than my last washer, it’s about the same. The smart functions leave much to be desired. Only stayed connected to the things app for a week, and has since been unconnectable. I was left dissatisfied as it didn’t deliver what it marketed, but does clean well. I would not recommend if smart app features are what you are after.

Cleans well, like that it can regulate the water temperature. Love the phone telling me when to go downstairs. Don't like that the review process forces me to answer questions before submitting.

Bought this together with our dryer and it's one of the best purchases we've made. The smart technology is super convenient and I LOVE how quiet the cycles are. Definitely worth the purchase!

Really happy with our new Samsung washer and dryer. We've seen a drop in our electric bill from these efficient machines, and they look great!

Was a little worried making this purchase, because we had a Samsung top loader and it was brutal. Salesperson talked me into it because he said they made major improvements and was not wrong. Very happy.

This washer is modern and very good. Not so loud and small compared to other. I haven’t had an issue and it’s working well. The WiFi feature is good, but doesn’t make sense in my opinion. Other than that, is good.

I love this washer. First,I’m glad I had so many color options to choose from. If you look into buying smart appliances,this is a must. Very easy to operate, impressive sounds when turning on/off, or when cycle is done.

This is my second Samsung washer. This one is the best one by far. So much faster than my 14 year old one I had. It’s the best. Gets my clothes so clear in half the time.

This is our first front loading washer and we love it! It has been plenty big enough to wash all of our clothes, even when we go a little too long in between laundry days, or accommodate multiple sets of sheets or blankets and towels. The one thing I love the most is not having select the load size since the washer will automatically detects the size and uses the appropriate amount of water. I’m sure we’re saving a ton of water because of this. It does seem to take a little longer for a complete cycle, but there is the option for a quick cycle if you can’t wait. Overall, the washer works great and is pretty simple to use!

This is a great washer, it’s easy to use and set up. Compatible with all the other Samsung products. Gives alerts on your cell phone when it’s done and you can start and end your cycles through the app.

Great washer. Quiet and helpful smart features. Just be sure to remove the 4 shipping bolts in the back before running it. They hold the drum in place to prevent damage during transport.

I have never been so happy that my washer broke! It didn't take long to realize that it was not going to be easy to fix. Best Buy matched the sale price from another big box store, delivered it, installed it, and took my old one away and it was all worth it! To have so much functionality (plus the delivery, install and removal of the old one) all for less than $1000, and my clothes are cleaner - just so happy! I have been a Best Buy customer for a while and their service and prices is exactly why I keep coming back!

Sooo many features that it will make you head spin. Cleans great, large capacity. Only issue I have encountered is the vibration during spin dry. This baby can really spin!

My new set of washer and dryer were installed fast and efficient in less that half and hour. Love that we got these set. I love LG products. Works well and very efficient. Hope these machines last me another 10 yrs or more.

I’ve had mine for about a month. I absolutely LOVE it. It’s so quiet and I like that I get an update on my phone when it’s done with the sucker. So cool. Still a lot to learn about it’s capabilities.

This washer holds a good amount of clothes and spin dries them so well. The smart feature works well too. It’s definitely efficient and use less water than typically expected.

i really enjoy this washer especially with the smart feature that it has i can be upstairs watching tv and it shows up on my samsung smart tv and let me know that the cycle is completed
