This washer is amazing, a lot of features, not sure how to use all of them yet but so far everything is working great.

Absolutely love it my clothes are so much cleaner with this versus my old front loader I have zero complaints

The app is way to use and fun to have, but not sure when I would really use it as you have to press the smart button physically on the machine each time you want to use it. The machine itself is great and quiet. My biggest issue is I had the machine for about an hour and slid the laundry detergent container across the lid and the soft plastic scratched the heck out of it. Already scratched i was curious and slid my phone in rubber and leather case across it, it scratched the machine. So just assume anything on top of this machine will scratch it.

I couldn’t have asked for a better machine. My previous one went out and I had to get a new one. So far, so good.

I recently purchased the washer and absolutely love it! Easy to use and convenient. Would definitely recommend other to purchase this!

After researching for a month, I decided to purchase this washer and I’m glad I did! It looks great and clean clothes very well! I also purchased the 6 inch riser which is nice! It raises the washer a little higher. Please ensure you remove the “Shipping bolts” on the back of the machine before use. Our delivery guy failed to do so which caused the machine rock/vibrate. Samsung customer care is A1! Also love Samsung apps that lets me start and stop the washer from my phone. I can also track usage thru the app

its Aight washes clothes the wifi connection is different not used to things like that kinda neat

Has the capacity to do a fairly large load. Does a great job cleaning the clothes. I have not used the WiFi so cannot comment on that.

We've had the machine for just over a month so far, and everything has been great. We have it in the basement sitting on cement floor, but even so the vibration from the spin cycle has been minimal. You will notice a difference in how much less water is used (and be sure to use far less detergent) but our clothes still come out feeling clean. Fingers crossed that this thing lasts a while... but the initial impression is positive!

Great value. Easy to use. Never owned a front loader but we wanted to stack these to save on space. We are happy with our purchase

Delivery was done on time and took away old machines and all debris of un boxing of the new product. Very pleased with this service. I have only had product 12 days but everything is working just fine. The only thing that I am disappointed with is that when buying these new Samsung Washer & Dryer I asked if the Drawer stands on my old set could be used and the installers transfer them, I was told yes but the installers say it couldn't happen because Samsung changed the way they are mounted so old set could not be used.

This is so awesome I was worried about it at first cause I haven’t heard anything good about Samsung but they are amazing and work so good!!

Love it, just having trouble connecting it to my Samsung phone, aside from that this is a great washer!

Great washer. Love the download features. Best download feature is the deep steam clean feature for the towels. They really come out clean.

Good design, efficient and great selection of settings. Added the drawer and it gets wobbly with certain cycles.

works great, very quiet. Clothes are almost dry after spin cycle. Wifi feature is nice to keep on top of when clothes are done.

I love this washer and dryer set combo and would recommend anyone to switch to front loads if they have space and want to spend a little extra on them. If you do not have enough space to stack them I highly recommend the stands for them otherwise you will regret switching over. With the stands they are just under what would be a comfortable height for me being a 6ft tall guy but my girlfriend has perfect height and loves having the stands as well. Highly recommend this set with the stands!
