Machine broke within 2 years

Samsung care came out to service the machine. After looking at machine deemed it irreparable and after speaking with Samsung warranty they said they would replace the machine even though it is out of warranty. They called today to let me know they will not replace and since the technician deemed it irreparable they cannot fix it now, either. We'll not be privation anything further from this
