When it was delivered I assumed it was taped shut for transport reasons. When I removed the tape, the drain door fell off and I realized the plastic hinge that holds it in place had been broken off. Very disappointed.

If you finish a load and do not close the door all the way the water drips down on the inside of the door and eventually the floor. Thought the thing was broken until looking at what caused it. Other then that it works like any other washer.
