I had this washer delivered inside my garage. The packaging was outstanding protecting the product but getting the Styrofoam out from the bottom of machine without help proved challenging. It came with a fairly extensive owners manual but the actual machine is user friendly. I am not used to performing quarterly maintenance on a washer but if it keep this front loader from mold issue's I am all in.

Thing is an amazing washer. 6 months working great spins clothes so they are barely wet when they come out on speed cycle and very gentle on the delicate loads. The hot and cold line got mixed up on installation and gave me a code saying telling me to fix it which saved the delicate loads I had in there. Great washer and smart setting easy to use and love getting the notification so I don't forget about the clothes for a days ha.

I regretted not to upgrade this washer early. It is very nice washer. Quiet and nice quality. Nice looking.

I recommend this washer as it is as I have always believed in Front loading machines. Their ease of use is perfect, I don't have to bend way over to get my washed clothes like a top loader provides, its easier on my back and when finished washing, I leave to door open just a little to keep fresh air, no hindering musty smells that can build up when the door is closed. Its design and style are a particularly interest of mine too.

Best buy has amazing people to come and set up things and explain how they work. I love this machine, quiet, my clothes smell fresh and clean. And I love the fact that the door stays open.to prevent that mildew smell. Nice load size. And I think its Bluetooth, but I haven't tried it. But I see it on my phone.

This is my second Samsung washer. Easy to operate and efficient machine.

This was part of a package with the corresponding dryer that we purchased and the washer has been working great since we got it - and it gets a lot of use. It looks nice. My only negative is that we got the stacking adaptor which was installed by the Best Buy staff - but when the washer gets into the spin cycle, it makes the dryer move a lot and make a ton of noise. So I think at some point we will be separating them. Otherwise it is quiet when it runs.
