I was afraid of getting anything else high-efficiency because my last one just did not work. But this washer being a front loading washer ensures that the clothes actually spin around. Plus it just works really well and gets the clothes VERY clean (it removes my dogs' hair which is basically a miracle). I thought all of the different options you can choose for cycle would be too extra, but I've used them all more than I thought I would and I like being able to customize just how long/hot/and clean my clothes will be. This is a great washer. :)

Lots of different settings specific to types of loads. You can override those settings, which is good. It would be nice if you change the setting, it would remember it. For example: Permanent Press uses a water temp of 3 (warm). I always set it to cold. I’d like it to remember that I set it to cold so I don’t have to do it every time. Also like the child safety feature to prevent children from opening the washing machine accidentally.
