This one has been great for ten months. Now has a horrible vibration during spin cycle. Not just from an unbalanced load. Fortunately under warranty, so they are coming out to repair next week. Hope this isn’t foreboding of things to break in the future.

However, I was surprised at all the noise (chimes) it makes when you turn it on and to date I haven't found a way to turn the noise off. Also, it doesn't dry as well as I thought it would so sometimes I have to double dry a load. It does spill water after each load.

Saved money by getting open box item with cosmetic damage. Works as intended. Smart features useful for monitoring status and diagnostics and control. Larger tub allows for larger loads reducing energy use. Superspeed wash cycle reduced time by almost half.

Can be a tad bit noisey during the spin cycle. Takes some getting use to if you have previously used a top loading washer. There is maintenance that you will have to perform routinely to insure it functions properly. I would advise consumers to purchase the protection plan because the washer is fully technological.
