Dripping leaks

The leak came from bottom of the unit and at the hose areas. The leak was slow but enough to pool water around the area every time it ran. I ran it unnoticed for over a week and it started to smell like mildew. I also just moved into a new home with new flooring and now the base boards smell like mildew and cannot get it off.
