It is a passable washer but not for the money spent on it. Great cleaning job, but trying to get the filter cap off and cleaned is very difficult.

The rating was given to Bestbuy service, not the washer. It's the first time we bought open box product online, and it should be satisfactory condition. The filter cover was missing, which should not be the case for that condition. We were busy renovating the house and unfortunately did not check the washer immediately after picking it up. Then after we noticed that when installing, we have to call the custom service again and again to find a solution. Each time the online chat gave us different phone numbers to call, each time we had to wait on the phone for a long time to speak to a real person, and the "best" option they provided so far is to go to the picking-up store and check if they still have that missing part, which is not guaranteed, we are living very far and it's more than 1 hour driving! One custom service representative even stated that open box products usually have something missing--no matter which condition it was classified, but that's not what we learned from the description on Bestbuy website! So disappointed.

Don't bother buying a Samsung washer. We replaced this twice. It actually flooded our downstairs. I NEVER had an issue with LG front loading washer machines. After two swap outs with this horrible device, we went back to LG. What a surprise.. ZERO issues with LG.

Washer keeps retaining water and stalls unfortunately you can only wash a small load barely. This appliance is to expensive to keep having malfunctions

The wash capacity is average. The equipment scratches easy and it is not quiet. The hot cycle makes the wash load last an extra hour!! Decent, but not what I was expecting from Samsung

I am happy with the product Happy with Best Buy but not with the delivery and setup. Had to call 3 times to finally get it right . Installation didn’t go as promised . Like to be called about it .

KEEP IN MIND I LOVE SAMSUNG PRODUCTS but,, I've replaced and fixed this item more than I desired. Get a GE, Kenmore or a Maytag. Not any of these newer brands in the washing industry

I waited one year after purchase to write this review. And this washer has been the bane of my existence for that year. It is so loud you can hear it throughout my entire house. The end of cycle signal is longer than a movie and has no other options but to silence it or reduce the volume. When it spins, the washer literally walks away, as in it vibrates out of place every single cycle. It is perfectly leveled, it happens with every load-no matter how small or large. All the troubleshoot suggestions say to make sure the washer and load is leveled. There are no other suggestions so this makes me believe the washer is just crap. Every time I empty my washer I have to move it back to its place. Right now it’s not so much of an issue as we do not currently have a door to our laundry “closet”, but once we do, it will most likely hit the door while spinning. I’m terrified to stack my dryer on top of it so as of now, it sits nexts to it, getting slammed into every spin cycle. An employee told me I could start and stop my washer from the app but this is not true. The only things I can do from the app is create custom wash settings (which I don’t need) and receive an alert when the cycle is complete (which doesn’t really help anything). All in all, I do not recommend this washer. I especially would stay away from it if noise is an issue, ie if your laundry room is near bedrooms or living areas. I miss my old LG even though it crapped out on my twice. It was super quiet, efficient and did a great job.

LG’s are much better. Previous 2 were LG’s and I decided to switch it up. Uses way to much water for a steam wash. Definitely cleans clothes well but just not as well as LG stream washer.

This is the second Samsung front loader I have owned. I had hoped this new one would be less noisy than my previous model. However, it is the same. It vibrates a lot, even on relatively small loads of jeans or towels. It is supposed to have "VRT" Vibration Reduction Technology. I would hate to see it run without VRT... Ultimately I returned this unit and bought an LG instead. So far the LG is much quieter and doesn't shake when washing Jeans.

We bought this washer a few months ago. It has been vibrating excessively since day one. It vibrates so badly it recently has cracked our tiled floor. Best Buy technician came out and said it was normal and told us to contact Samsung if I didn't agree. As a licensed professional engineer, I have all kinds of evidences proving the vibration is excessive. I am just not confrontational and have bought protection plans. We might give Best Buy/Samsung another chance then decide if need to escalate the case to cover the structural damages to my house. Stand by and wait for our updates.
