Would be great but it doesn't like Cotton

As a result we are presoaking clothing and this is a big time suck. A technician will be visiting us on Tuesday so hopefully he can resolve this issue. Ultimately we believe that more water is required so that the cotton shirts aren't damaged.

Made grinding noise

Called best buy they didnt replace and was not willing to replace or send technicians so I called Samsung they sent technicians. however I bought warranty from BB but they didnt sent no tech and hang up phone in me. Dont ever trust or buy anything from best buy

This one lasted only 2 weeks before indicating error messages and not completing any washing programs in full, leaving water in the drum and not taking liquid softener into the wash. Unfortunately it is difficult to get BestBuy to take any responsibility to fix the problem and they keep directing me to Samsung, which is another company which is hard to contact for any assistance. I do not recommend this washer and actually don't recommend Best Buy.

They want me to trouble shoot etc etc i said hell no i work and spend way 2 much as is. I buy new so no hassle and what ya know not even 5 mths and not working and not caring abou making it right asap

It's in the basement and we can hear it running everywhere in the home. I can't even wash clothes after my daughter goes to bed. I would never buy it again. The item had scratches on it, white build-up, and water came out of the back hose. It also made violently loud banging noise and shook to the point of bouncing up and down due to broken interior bolt. Additionally, we discovered was a price tag on the inside door that was $200 lower than what we paid. Did Best Buy honor that price? NO. Did we spend 5 phone calls and about 3 hour trying to talk to customer service, YES. Only option was to return to original store, which did not help us at all.

A Samsung technician came out and replaced the motherboard, that fixed the first issue... One day after it was fixed the touch control board went out... The same day that the control board was fixed the auto locking mechanism went out... Now they’re in the process of replacing the motherboard again. This has been going on for 2 months now. Finally Samsung is willing to replace the unit if all problems aren’t resolved this time around. Go with LG, you’ll thank me.

No More Samsung Household Appliances for Me

I've owned 3, and not one of the three has lasted. This particular model I bought in February and am currently having it replaced with a different brand after 7 months of use. The counterweight broke in half, the bolt fell out of the bottom of the machine, and the noise sounded like a 747 jet engine taking off (but probably not one you would be confident flying). Samsung has been a nightmare to get the replacement...in fact, today after 2 weeks of dealing with it, they still have not issued the store credit that was promised when they totaled out my machine. No more Samsung household appliances for me.
