    Only 1.5 years old & not much use, the water suddenly doesn’t shut off at the end of the cycle. Just after warranty expired. Major problem. Need to replace vs hassle & expense of repair main etc ?

    I had an Lg Front loader for 14 years and never had a problem with it till the end. This washer has been nothing but trouble. The people who delivered it didn't set it up properly. I've had issues where the cycle gets stuck and won't finish and as I'm writing this review my clothes are stuck in the washing machine. The machine shut off and will not turn back on. The door is locked and we can't get the clothes out of it.

    I received the first dryer approx over 3 weeks ago. When they installed it, it began to smoke. It was then backordered 3 wks to get a new one. The one they brought the other day is dented and appears to have damage.

    Never receive my washer and I had to cancel it because neighbor got in time and I had to cancel it and buy it at home depot with better service.

    LOUD spin cycle

    The spin cycle is so loud that we initially thought that it was defective so we returned the first one only to discover that the replacement was just as noisy. It shakes so much that it needs at least 3" on each side or it will bang the wall! If it wasn't for the deal on the pedestals we'd have gotten something different entirely.

    I would not advise anyone to put their hard earned money on this machine. Very finicky machine that stopped working after 13 months of operation, in my case. Technician claim insects damaged machine despite any evidence to that claim. Required me to shell out more money for repairs which I refused. After over 20 years of purchase of Samsung product, personally done with Samsung.

    READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY!! I purchased this unit for so I can get notifications when a load has completed. Problem is the app - SmartThings - does not allow you to add the washer (or any device). The SmartThings app is the Only app you can use with this appliance. I called Samsung, was with someone for 1.5 hours, no solution. Issue has been documented. Do not buy this if you want the wifi features.

    Two year lifespan

    Two years in it breaks. 25 months after purchase the washer suddenly no longer drains. I couldn't repair it myself, and the repair costs are going to be nearly what it costed new. I think the pump broke, not sure if it's an electrical or mechanical failure. The warranty on this is criminally low, just six months for something that should really be guaranteed for longer.

    Water Damage Liability

    Critical failure after 2 months of normal use. The bottom drain gasket leaked, resulting in standing water throughout our laundry room, kitchen, office, and garage. We are undergoing remediation efforts to mitigate the water damage that has occurred to our floors, baseboards, and kitchen cabinets. I do not recommend purchasing Samsung appliances.

    Washer leaking from bottom

    Washer has been leaking from bottom of machine since it was installed. Kept getting the run around from both Best Buy and Samsung. After 3 weeks of no washing machine, I’m FINALLY getting it replaced.

    Every spin cycle resulted in a significant vibration and banging sound. The app gave an error message. We adjusted the load, used smaller loads, adjusted the distribution, and consulted tech support. The washer dryer were installed by geek squad. In the end, we had the units removed. The guys that came to remove it SMASHED THEIR TRUCK INTO THE EAVES OF OUR HOUSE, DAMAGED THE HOUSE, AND LEFT.

    Worst customer service I ever had for appliances

    I bought this machine less than 2 years ago, and is shaking the whole house. I call both Best Buy and Samsung and was told you are on your own. This machine will fail in a 1 to 2 years time and if you do not have insurance, you are on your own.

    returned after 3 uses, loads were getting stuck with water after being finished ... Bestbuy also failed to deliver on time.

    3rd party company damaged doors/walls during install. It took multiple trips, and last min reschedules (for which I left, or missed work) to finally complete delivery. Months later, I have yet to hear back from their claims department. Terrible svc, no follow-up and it’s almost impossible to get through to anyone who can help. I’ll never shop w/them again, this has been a complete nightmare.

    Bought brand new washer. Had a problem with in 15 days. Called Best buy and they forwarded my call to samsung. Technician came ( after a week) and tried to fixed it, but could not. Now I am trying to return. Let see how it works between samsung and bestbuy. Hopefully goes with smooth process. I never gave one star review to any bestbuy products. But I am highly unsatisfied.

    Surprisingly very bad experience with Best Buy & mainly Greek Squad. Greek Squad guy was trying to sell protection plan all the time. The guy watered the room when he unplugged current washer/dryer and din't even bother about it. He just installed new on top of the water. The machine was making noice and this guy just said "when you buy samsung you should have protection plan."

    Broke down after 9 months. Took 6 days to get an appointment with local Samsung repair service. Took another week for an available part. Our first washer which was Maytag which lasted for 16 years without any problem. Wonder what else is going to break down with this washer.

    Machine makes a mess

    Poor Washer and Dryer Installation

    The washer door opens from right to left (have the hinges on the left side of the door). The dryer door opens from left to right (have the hinges on the right side of the door). They installed dryer on the left and the washer on the right. This is very inconvenient. Please swap the position of the dryer to the right and the washer to the left so that the doors open away from each other.
