    I bought a brand new washer for a week before its showing error code. use it twice then showing error code, I tried to turn off, turn it back on many times still dont work. very disappointed.

    Never buy your major appliance at BestBuy

    I bought brand new washer and dryer set. After 2 weeks from installation, I realized that machine makes super noisy grind sound. I wanted replacement since the problem was wrong installation, but BestBuy didn't allow it and now they never reply my emails. Never buy your major appliance at BestBuy

    Bought used at outlet. Machine was great just seemed to bought a defective one. ( Drum was loose) making a banging sound. Other than that machine abilities including the wifi was a plus.

    Received the washer today. Horrible! In spin cycle, the washer is loud and shakes violently. The whole house was shaking. The shaking and trembling pushed the dryer next to it a few inches away!!! It’s ridiculous. Returning this. Not usable unless you want your house to shake.

    Horrible I have to wash my clothes there times before they’re clean also doesn’t keep water in the machine. It spits out water just enough to keep them soaked every few minutes waste of money

    DON'T BUY!!! Samsung has no fix for their banging washers. The washer has been fixed 3x under warranty and is still broken of course no longer under warranty. They don't stand by their products at all

    Bought Open Box - Panel does not light Up

    Open box. Panel did not light up. Can’t see what Cycle I am washing on. Had to order the the next product up and pay and additional $160. Delivery in February. They allowed us to do a delivery and exchange but unable to complete laundry room until I get new washer

    The washer door leaked water on the floor the day it was delivered. A new washer was delivered a few days later and every time I open the door water leaks onto the floor Horrible washer

    I hated this set. I did no research before purchasing and it was the worse mistake. The washer is very load unstable and it shakes on the last cycle.

    been 3 week range since delivery. because of covid. delivered outside. paid takeaway fee got old unit outside and still not picked up. phone service has been contacted still nothing. bad service last time we will purchase appliance from best buy

    We are on our second washer since the first leaked right out of the box. The second didn't leak, but almost walked out of the laundry room during the spin cycle. Calibrated the recalibrated then padded feet make it slightly less shaky. Good luck.

    Ever buy an open box. I spent $800 on. Washer and it doesn't even work correctly. Customer service on the app is a joke so now I'll have to go back to the store to see what can be done

    Saleman ordered 2 washers. I went in to purchase washer and dryer after my washer broke. Didn't find out till delivery driver called to attempt delivery. Went back to store to cancel order and reorder

    Machine was down after 3 months. I’m waiting now two weeks on a spare part (concrete ring). Bad quality and bad service (wrong recommendation and delay)!

    Really bad experience with the delivery, people do not use common sense I paid for delivery and set up thinking that they were going to do a good job and that was not the case

    Terrible dryer. It takes to normal cycles to dry your clothes completely. At first I thought it was the dryer that didn’t work. I replaced with a new one and I’m still having the same issue.
