Never buy your major appliance at BestBuy

After 2 weeks from installation, I realized that machine makes super noisy grind sound. I wanted replacement since the problem was wrong installation, but BestBuy didn't allow it and now they never reply my emails. Never buy your major appliance at BestBuy

Machine was great just seemed to bought a defective one. ( Drum was loose) making a banging sound. Other than that machine abilities including the wifi was a plus.

The whole house was shaking. The shaking and trembling pushed the dryer next to it a few inches away!!! It’s ridiculous. Returning this. Not usable unless you want your house to shake.

The washer has been fixed 3x under warranty and is still broken of course no longer under warranty. They don't stand by their products at all

Bought Open Box - Panel does not light Up

The second didn't leak, but almost walked out of the laundry room during the spin cycle. Calibrated the recalibrated then padded feet make it slightly less shaky. Good luck.
