Had this appliance for a little over three years it runs very quiet cleans my laundry and it also has various settings for washing. overall a great appliance I just can't connect to utilize with my smart connection.

The washer and dryer set the is absolutely perfect. . . Not a single problem with either after 3 years practically still new

Love this washer. Was holding out for months using duct tape on an old washer to keep it together. Finally decided to get a new washer. Saw this on a promotional sale and went for it. The delivery and installers were wonderful. On time and called before they arrived. I am now washing my bedding for a queen size bed, everything fits. It is quiet enough that I can wash while the kids are still asleep (laundry room is next to their bedrooms) and not waking them up. Read the manual before using, I didn’t have to do this myself, the installers did, but you do need to calibrate it before first use. Haven’t used the smart app WiFi technology yet. I am having fun just doing laundry and getting clean results!!

I had a lovely washer dryer set. Very small. I think 4.2 or less. It's amazing. The 4.5 is so much larger. Now I'm looking for more laundry to make a reasonable load. lol.... The best is I can wash my queen size comforters at home..They fit easily. I have not tried the steam function. Heavy soil wash....takes forever...so plan not to rush your laundry. The settings are so simple..easy to read and let you know how long the wash will take. Price was very nice at Best Buy. I comparison shopped forever..months. In few months I will purchase a dryer. Heavens to Betsy..the little one left from original set can't keep up.

I DONT KNOW ABOUT EVERYONE ELSES EXPERIENCE BUT I BOUGHT THIS WASHER NEW RECENTLY AND IVE BEEN USING IT FOR A FEW DAYS NOW, MY LAUNDRIES BEEN PRETTY DIRTY LATELY AND IM 100% SURE THAT THIS WASHER WASHES MY CLOTHES BETTER THAN ANY WASHER IVE EVER USED IN MY LIFE. I DONT TRUST PRODUCTS TO LAST FOREVER SO I DID GET THE 5 YEAR WARRANTY AND IT WAS 980 FOR WASHER WARRANTY DELIVERY AND INSTALL AND FOR THE QUALITY OF PRODUCT AND WASH IM PLEASED, THE SIZE OF THE INSIDE OF THE WASHER ALSO SEEMS PLENTY SPACIOUS FOR CLOTHES BUT MAYBE NOT THE BIGGEST OF BLANKETS IF YOU HAVE ANYTHING BIGGER THAN A QUUEN SIZE COMFORTER BUT FOR CLOTHES ITS THE BEST WASH. MY CLOTHES HAAS EVER GOTTEN EVER HANDS DOWN ONKLY THING I WOULD COMPLAIN ABOUT IS THE BUTTONS BEING TOUCH, IF YOUR CLOTHES IS ALREADY WASHING AND YOU ACCIDENTLY TOUCH THE POWER BUTTON ITS GOING TO RESTART YOUR WHOLE WASH INSTWAD OF PICKING UP WHERE IT LEFT OFF SO ONCE YOU SET IT AND IT STARTS WASHING DO NOT ACCIDENTLY TOUCH ANYTHING ELSE JUST LEAVE IT AND IT WILL DO ITS JOB

Fine product, when it works, but having the unit fail beyond repair after barely 3.5 years is pitiful for the pricetag.

Suddenly broke in less than 3 years. More expensive to fix than get a new one.

Beyond happy with my purchase. Material is nice and easy to use very pleased with multiple functions

It lasted just over 2 years. Kept leaving stains on clothes while it was working. Now it shakes the whole house when it spins and something major is broken. A few repairmen said it would be 500-1000 to fix. So I'm shopping for a new machine. They don't make em like they used to.

It's a good washer, one of the more popular models. It does the job. I like the quick wash setting as it does a good job in so little time

Exceeded my expectations. I can't believe I've had this for 2 years already. Washing pleasure. Handles even full loads well & connects to wifi!
