Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We bought this machine 4 months ago The machine has broke down twice The service person Samsung sent said we needed a new part, but they refused to send it to him This is after the first service call they blamed the Installation and said there was nothing wrong with the machine. We had the machine professionally installed and even had to call an independent installer to verify the installation was done properly We spent over 2 hours on the phone with them trying to get the part needed to fix the machine and they refused to send it The only thing worse than the washing machine is their service Please do not buy a Samsung washing machine

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First the delivery was during the COVID-19 and Best Buy made a big deal of saying the team doing the delivery would wear protective gear, which the did not! Second the would not hook it up because we did not have a drain pane, and no where in the fine print of Best Buy order did it say a drain pan was required. They would not even hook the dryer up which seemed extra annoying. Only after some persuading would they even carry it to the laundry room. Third the were rude and dismissive to my wife who was home to take the delivery. All and all a bad experience and I would not recommend or even ever use Best Buy in the future. Sadly this puts a bad taste in for an otherwise nice Samsung Washer.

Vibrates so bad in the spin cycle it stops with error code U6, unbalanced. Samsung factory service says I needs a new drum, shock absorbers. Samsung refuses to replace the unit, only repair. Piece of junk, sorry I bought it.

To spend over $1300 on a washing maching was a huge deal for me. Drum Bearing lasted 14 Months, Warranty was 12. Repair cost is 1k. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG APPLIANCES ! I'm left with a $1300 Boat anchor and not happy about it at all.

Lucky if it lasts through warranty and then you have to service it constantly. 2. On this particular unit, the usability on the buttons is terrible. Very gimicky for such an expensive unit. Returned it for a stackable from a different brand and it's night and day. SO glad I did.

Spent 5 hours trying to get each connected to the app and WiFi. Doesn’t work. Called Samsung tech support who basically told me to do the things I already tried. Basically confirmed the technology is junk. Returning both items. For reference with the app and setting up WiFi, I’m on Verizon Fios quantum with an iPhone 11 Pro.
