Would give 5 stars except that 1) the drain at the bottom is poorly designed. 2) You need to wipe out the excess water after running a load because it hold water. 3) If there is a single hair on the bottom of rubber seal when you close it, it can cause the door to leak. 4) It says you can't add vinegar to your washes which was a let down. Also, remember to check for dents and scratches. It arrived scratched, but luckily Best Buy took care of it.

I bought this Washer mostly for my partner. I would have purchased a standard washer for half the price and been just fine with it. She is at home with the little one and wanted the best washer with a sanitize setting with all the COVID going on. Let me tell you that setting takes over 2 hrs. to wash. So impractical when you have tons of laundry to do. We end up just doing the normal wash all the time anyway. She does love the washer though. Mostly the style I think. It does seem to a good job at washing clothes, with very little water and soap needed. I’m glad you can adjust the speed of the spin cycle, cause thing seems like it could blast of through the roof like some failed Space X experiment. (It is perfectly level, on all planes) it’s just real real fast on anything above 3. All in all we payed for more settings than we use. But, it’s a nice well made machine with an attractive design, that successfully accomplishes what it’s made to do. * Oh one negative we both have is this washer and the dryer scratch very easily. As in you put a laundry basket (new even) on the top of the machine and it scratches the machine every time. You think they could put a clear coat or something on this? Hmm. I’ll check recommend below but with caveats...

Great Product! Only complaint is that it is a little expensive. Easy to use once you get the hang of it as it has a lot more options than my old washer. Also it is very quiet!

I am very happy with this washer and dryer set. It is so much nicer than the one that came with our condo....it is easy to use @nd as can wash a quilt in the machine if needed.

Our 11-year Samsung washer died and needed replacement. Given the opportunity, I looked into other brands but considering value for money, quality, features bundled and past experience, we decided to go with this Samsung again. It is the right upgrade for us! This washer is so quiet and we feel the difference in dryness (less dryer cycle) and cleanliness of the cloths. Given that our utility room is in basement, the end-cycle alert is difficult to hear causing delays in drying the clothes but now thanks to this Mobile alert using Wi-Fi connectivity.

Love the powerful cleaning features including steam. Steam helps clothes get cleanest. Also love the feature that can be programmed in my mobile

Excellent Front Load Washer, Fingerprint Resistant Black Stainless Steel is beautiful, So far Washer is working above expectation Digital control amazing. We also with the washer installed a brand new Dryer machine also Fingerprint Resistant Black Stainless Steel that complement the quality of the equipment in our Laundry Room. Need to mention that each one are on the pedestal that is available and is very helpful for storage and improving the height of the wash and dryer for confort while doing the laundry

Nice washer with steam. Has several washing options and steam! Quiet washing and minimal water usage. Also notifies you through your phone when the load is done. Steam option helps remove stubborn stains or makes for a quick refresh on clothes. Geek squad installation was quick and the installers explained how to use it and even asked if we had questions. Recommend this and recommend geek squad installation and delivery.

I love this washer. You can connect it to your phone and get notifications and stuff. It is also a great looking washer.

This washer is easy to use, quieter than our last washer, and water efficient. I am very happy with it. We had a Whirlpool top loader and it used too much water, and we couldn’t watch TV when it would drain because it was so loud. This washer is much quieter. Also, Best Buy can notify you via text, email, and phone, and I liked that they do notify you a bunch of times about delivery, down to the last ten minutes of arrival, which is very helpful to get communication about delivery time. Great service!

Good looking. It's actually quiet compare to our old washer. I like the wifi connection and ease of use.

This washing machine works perfectly, it is large, very quiet and high quality. We are quite happy about this purchase!

This washing machine is wonderful. I especially like that Samsung has an app that allows me to pick from many options for washing many different items. You "Download" your option to the washer and then the app will tell you how many minutes until it is done. I am getting my laundry done much quicker. For those of you who aren't very good at figuring out things on your phone, when you are in the options on the app, you have to drag the option up to the top of the screen. Then the app will do that washing option. You can also pick from a "Laundry Recipe" that might be a little easier to use.

Performed many washes with this washer. FINISH WILL SCRATCH. Place a towel on it during installation. Wedding rings can scratch. Machine is quiet. Easy to connect to smart things app. I now see notifications on my smart Samsung TVs. App has laundry recipes. Remote starting the laundry helps me transfer a fresh load instead of one started that morning. The sanitize option is helpful when washing pets drying towels. They smell cleaner than previous Samsung washer. You need to dry off door after wash but that is known. Clothes seem fresher with the sanitize option too.

Very Quiet and bigger than they look. So far have not had a problem with any type of blanket or bulk load fitting.
