Its my first time purchasing a front loader and it does not disappoint. I can even start the washer from my phone!

We had it for 2 weeks and I just being in love with it. I love the way it shows up compete of cycle. Low sound. Perfect wash in bedding cycle.

I haven't used my new washer that long yet, but so far it has been great. It's quiet, has a lot of room to put a lot of clothes in one wash and the clothes feel really nice and clean. I love the fact that you can connect it to your phone so that it will let you know when a wash is done and also it will tell you if you need to clean your washer which is a great feature. Also, on the app you can use different setting for towels, whites, bedding, etc.

This product was work great with lots of features and also wireless connection to the phone. Easy to use and got the job done well.

It took some time to select this washer when the old one had to go. There's a lot of mixed reviews out there. I honestly didn't want a front loader, but this unit worked out great. 8 months in and couldn't be happier I have zero issues with this unit. It's got a ton of feature and may be a bit intimidating but once you get familiar with it, it's super easy to use. I can't say that the clothes come out cleaner, but i can say that for whatever reason they smell fresher and for longer. Same detergent BTW.

Love this washing machine. It is quiet, washes good and has all the functions that I need to keep my laundry clean.

I had an LG washer that was slightly 3 yrs old give out on me. I do 3 to 4 loads of laundry per week. This cover the laundry, linens and towels for 3 ppl. This new washer delivers as advertises. I have put it through the same trials as the previous one. It is quieter, more stable and faster. I have not changed the detergeant that I use n the Sanitize option is able to remove older stains that the previous washer could not. It was pricier than I wanted it but worth it. I highly recommend it.

It get's clothes clean. So far no hint of any mechanical issues, which is good, since it's brand new. I like the number of cycle options and the option to delay the start until a later time. The manual is very useful in understanding all the options. Controls are intuitive and allow for good clothing care. Seems to use water efficiently and can handle many load sizes. Quality Samsung product. The color looks nice too, if you care about that sort of thing in a washing machine.

Water saving, efficient, does a great job, and easy to use. I really have no complaints.

Good value. Dosent have delay start like my older samsung did. That was a useful feature.

I was hesistant on getting the front load washer because I had the agitator washer for the past 11 years. I can honestly say this Samsung front load washer gets the job done! I know for certain because I wear pink lipstick which always stain my mask. Using the front load washer, I can see how clean my mask is! You can barely see the lipstick stain compared to using my agitator washer. I'm very pleased with my purchase!!

Washing machine works well and is much quieter than the one it replaced which was one of the reasons we went with this Samsung. The only concern I've had so far is that the detergent drawer stays wet so I have to leave it open and the water drains into the pedestal base when doing maintenance which I found out when it sounded like water was dripping on sheet metal from the detergent drawer when it was opened and when I checked the cleanout I ended up with water in the pedestal.
