Cycles are fast, use little water, and cloths come out very clean, with no damage to fabrics. On the other hand, BestBuy delivery scheduling was terrible. BestBuy confirmed 4 delivery dates and missed every one of them while I took days off work and was captive in my home. Finally I scheduled directly with the moving team and received my units. BestBuy kept me on the phone giving me the run around and missed every day they promised. Terrible.
