When it came, my schedule is full and did not have the opportunity to install it immediately. Several weeks went by before I did get it installed. The product was defective and would not fill with water. Contacted Best Buy about an exchange and they said since it was past 15 days, there was nothing they could do and that I would have to go to the manufacturer. Did not run one load of laundry through the washer. Awful customer service I would suggest going to a retailer who will stand behind what they sell.

Manolo was awesome. he went above & beyond when my measurements were not accurate to bring the washer down to my basement. He even waited for me when I was running late for my delivery
