I’d give it 5 stars but I wish it had an automatic fabric softener dispenser. Too much to expect on a cheaper model. Works great though. And it plays a little song when it’s done.

The letters and numbers are wiping right off the control panel, as if they’re written with marker. Samsung customer service said “make sure my hands are dry before using” and “not a defect”. I see online forums mentioning this same problem dating back to 2017. Is this their fingerprint resistant technology!? How insulting that this multi billion dollar company tell it’s consumers it’s our own fault for using a washing machine with wet hands!

The sound the washer does when the load is finished can be annoying if you let it be. We now just laugh at it. My only complaint is that Samsung moved the bracket holes to hold the dryer on top over just a half an inch. (my current dryer is a Samsung from 2009-the matching washer stopped working but the dryer is still going strong). I feel like Samsung does this on purpose to make you feel like you have to buy a matching pair. We made it work but ill take off a star for that. Best Buy was 2 hours late for the delivery. They said they would be there between 12-6 and showed up at 8pm. Just a heads up if you are getting it delivered.
