It's my 2nd Samsung washer in 2 years, and the installation crews that best buy contracts out are the worst. There is zero quality control because they have these guys do 15 to 20 installs in one day. First installer didn't level the legs of the washer and since it's stacked in a closet, I wasn't going to try to attempt myself after they left. Had to have them come out again days later to level the feet, then those guys snapped the ground prong of the plug in the wall and left and didn't even tell me that they did it. I could not use the washer due to the danger of electrical shock. Now I had to have them exchange the washer for a new one days later to find out that when they came to install new one they would not be able to install the new one because of the danger of the plug broken off from previous installer. Then I had to reschedule for a 4th time days later again and replace the electrical outlet myself before they came to install new one. I will never again be purchasing from best buy, especially having something installed from them, a complete joke. Oh, and the legs are still not level which I have to still do myself now after all of that

I've had this machine for about 1 month. Love it. Does exactly what it needs to do. Easy to use.

This washer has less noise, takes less water, and less energy. Great for when you are sleeping.

Love it! Cleans way better than top load washers. Self cleaning can take 3 hours oops hahaha

Love this washer & bought the matching dryer too! Thrilled we could go pick it up at the warehouse as our washer had fried that morning! Heavy unit but with a couple friends we got it off the truck, unpacked & installed in under two hrs!

Never had a brand new set before I can do 3 loads in the time I used to do 1! Make sure you leave the doors open front loaders can get mildewy and only ever load 1/2 full to take care of them.

The delivery and installation was fast, had no issues. I've been using to do my regular laundry and my very dirty pets laundry and it's been taking care of everything no problem. It has lots of settings that you can change, so that's nice. We wanted a front loader instead of a top loader because of how much less water they use, so I'm happy we got this one.

Great washer (so far). Very quiet. Wish the door was reversible and it offered a cold water rinse to save energy.

Wash worked well and I enjoyed the product. Delivered on time.
