Keeping up with technology in appliances is the way to go. I love the settings and easy access to dispensing the detergent. It also has a chime alarm to let you know the cycle has finished.

Although it was a scratch-and-dent item and I saved a few dollars, Best Buy lied and did not properly check whether the machine was operational. I am currently examining the quality of the warranty. I'm in the process of seeing how good or bad the warranty is.

Latch on door is loose and doesn't close all the time. The metal latch is loose or will move slightly causing issues when I close the door. It must be missing a gasket or washer.... Shouldn't be loose like that... It does wash great. Would be 5 Star if door closes like it should
