    Replaced a 12 year old Samsung. The old one would remember how each wash was set up. This one doesn't do that. I can make Normal wash how I want, but next time I have to set it all again.

    This replaced a 10 year old unit and the little upgrades are a plus for us. It washes a bit faster and seems to be quieter as well. Had it a month and we are pleased.

    Overall, the product was pretty good. I love the way it washed the clothing and all the different settings it had but after one year of using it, the drum went out so I am so happy. I am so happy that Best Buy was able to exchange it for me and I purchased another one similar to that one.
