Very quiet, very efficient with large capacity. The UI is very easy to learn. Installation very straight forward, we used the old hook up and the old one was taken away.

I recently purchased the Samsung 4.5 Cu. Ft. High-Efficiency Front Load Washer, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! The sleek black stainless steel design not only looks fantastic in my laundry room but also offers excellent performance. It runs quietly, and the Vibration Reduction Technology works like a charm, even during high-speed spins. The smart features make it incredibly convenient to control settings right from my phone. Clothes come out fresh and clean every time, and the variety of wash cycles offers great flexibility. I highly recommend this washer to anyone looking to upgrade their laundry experience!

Bought this Whirlpool washer recently on Thanksgiving sale after our 20+ year old one, despite repairs, was vibrating so much it moved across the floor. This one is so much quieter and has good capacity. The controls are easy to see and use. With these front loading types you do get a little water pooling at the front edge so I just use a cloth to dry it up afterwards and leave the door open.

Very easy to use, efficient and quiet. The front loader makes loading and unloading clothes easier for me and with the different spin cycles, it speeds up drying time.

We specifically bought this, because of the easy access for the drain basket door easy access. It has a self clean option and it will show self clean on when you need to clean it. You do not need to use afresh to clean it. It works well, and the spin cycle is great. No complaints. It uses less detergent and fabric softer. It has a pre-wash cycle, which is another reason why we bought it, with kids it helps with stains. The door does close on it's own if you try to crack it for ventilation, so you will need to keep door all the way open if you are like us and keep it open to keep it ventilated. So far so good.
No extra bells and whistles, just a great machine.

In the past three decades, I have used only front loaders, my first was a different brand, but made it through a family of six with three babies at the time. Needless to say, I have done thousands of loads of wash. This Samsung is the best one I have ever purchased and used. I didn't need anything fancy looking or with 27 settings, I just wanted a washer that would do the job. This holds a substantial amount (6 bath sheets, 4 bath towels) no problem. I have already done pillows, blankets etc., but this handles delicates just as beautifully. It's also very quiet. I am very impressed with it. The price was right and the delivery guys were so professional and thorough. I've only had this for about a month, but so far, so good.

Great washer... easy to use. The black is a sleek look I prefer over white. The noise level is low... a lot less compared to GE top loader. Highly recommend.

Exactly what we were looking for to replace a ten year old almost similar unit Ordered from a store that had it in stock, so ordered it for curbside pickup, well when we got there the individual's working the curbside had no real sense of what to do lucky they found a gal that I would have to say knew what she need to do especially for her age.. got it loaded up and home and upstairs to our laundry room. Now all the packing wrap and everything was intact and no signs of damage, hooked it all up tried the first cycle as test and nothing, after a few minutes passed got a code on the app and on the display of the unit about door lock and sensors, contracted Best buy and told them it was DOA dead in arrival and they first wanted to schedule a repair man to come out which was going to be about a week to 2 weeks before they got out to me and that wasn't going to work as we have a disabled child in the house and couldn't just up and go do laundry or anything like that... So they worked it out to have a new one delivered to the house into the location it need to go and take back the old one, which worked out great since it was only 2 days waiting for the new replacement washer which worked perfectly and like a dream since then

I use to have a top load washer and it was horrible. Balancing the load constantly and the efficiency went out the door with having to do that, plus only got one load a day. With this wonderful front load washer, it has been amazing, no more balancing issues, the efficiency has been great and the washer and dryer get done at the same time. LOVE IT! And I can wash my big comforters! WOOHOO!

I love how the washer looks. Have not used all of it's functions. I don't like that if you chose normal wash you can not change some of the automatic temp/time settings, but overall it is large and does the job well.

I’ve been using this washing machine for a few weeks now and I’m really impressed. It’s compact enough to fit in small spaces but still handles a decent load size. The wash cycles are efficient, and clothes come out clean and well-rinsed. It’s also pretty quiet, which is a big plus. Overall, a great value for anyone needing a reliable, space-saving washer.

Looks very similar to the old unit and did fit under the dryer very much like the old unit. Just had a small difference in the dryer offset to the wall. Still no problem accessing the front loading.
Glad of this working out. And the unit works well through the initial cycle.

This machine is highly efficient. I’m impressed with how quiet is is while washing and how good it spins out the load. I must say the highest spinner setting is too strong. But I like to know that it can go that strong in case I need to wash a heavier load than a normal. The capacity holds up a considerable big load.
I would most certainly would recommend this product.
