My first Samsung washer. Great value for the price.

Works very good and looks nice in my laundry room.

A bit noisy but overall good so far. Value for the money spent.

It works great! It can wash a big comforter easily.

I just bought this washer recently. Delivery by the Best Buy subcontractors was spectacular. Very friendly, took great care of the home, super efficient. So far I like the washer, however, the issue is that there are no specifics. There are 5 temperature settings, but nowhere does it say what the corresponding temperature is - which is critical when deciding what temperature setting to use. Also, it doesn't say the various RPMs for the spin cycles - same issue, hard to decide which spin cycle to use, some of my clothes have very specific temp requirements when washing. Since it was a recent purchase, I can't speak to the durability of this appliance.

Had the machine for 3 months and the indoor glass shattered during the wash cycle. I only had a set of sheets and a light weight blanket in the cycle. Had all the extended warranties offered thru Best Buy, but Best Buy was of no help, except to say "call Samsung". Samsung so far is of no help. They thought replacing door was sufficient, even though there's slivers of shattered glass that fell thru the tiny holes into the drum unit. You could hear all the shattered glass when turning the drum. Repair guy tried to explain to Samsung that the unit needs to be replaced. Samsung is having the repair guy take the machine apart and replace with a new drum. New drum unit is order to be here in 10 days. So far not happy with Best Buy nor Samsung.

I've had this washer a month. The washer is quiet & washes well. The only thing i don't like is only one setting washes in cold water

Arrived in time. Great install and appears to run okay, but could not run a test load as the dryer that came with it was inoperable. Will follow up whenever the replacement dryer arrives.

I purchased this washer in Feb 2024 and the pump stopped working in Oct 2025. I had to get it replaced but the pump was on factory backorder for an undetermined amount of time. I had to buy a new washer instead, I had to buy the same brand since it was stackable and the only samsung would fit with the dryer.

This washer is pretty awesome! I actually bought the set and I'm living doing laundry these days. So many different setting.

Washer has multiple functions to choose. It cleans well and seems to be efficient with water. One issue was the door swings from right to left (same as the matching dryer) which wasn't ideal. Tried calling best buy to find a solution but they were not helpful.

It works good, has different settings for the types of laundry, the only issue i have with it, is when you are using the matching dryer with the Samsung stacker kit, when the washer goes into the spin cycle it does a fair amount of shaking.

Great washer for the $ I paid. Got the pair that included the dryer as well. Does the job and gets the clothing clean.

The washing machine was installed on a pedestal and leveled but vibrations was not except able to keep the machine replaced with a front load LG

Wish i would have gotten a top loader, front loaders are not good and you have to leave door open after wash to make sure the machine doesn't get mildew smell

I have had this washer a little over a year. Compared to a previous Samsung washer, this unit made so much noise and vibrated so badly when spinning I was sure it was going to explode. Samsung came out to check on it and they found one of the 4 shocks that support the drum at the bottom was not connected. It was actually upright against the side of the machine. The 4 shocks were replaced and it seemed to do better for a while. A few months later the machine started whining when spinning. The whining continued to get louder and louder to where you couldn't have a conversation without going to another part of the house. Repairman came out and determined that the bearings were going bad. He came back a week later and replaced the bearings (which required the entire machine be disassembled). Since the bearings were replaced now whenever it spins it sounds like the drum is hitting something inside the machine. I will never buy another Samsung washing machine again. I guess I got a lemon and regret this purchase.
