    This is not a good purchase for me. I dont feel like my cloths are clean after the wash cycle. Have to wash too time to get my cloths clean. I'm not please with the purchase ....

    Having to wipe out the bottom inner ring every time I do a load of laundry is frustrating considering the cost of the machine. Other than that it’s great

    Bought open item never used washer and when I first used it.The washer was spinning off balance and squeaking pretty bad and loud…stuck with it because I can’t return it after 15 days

    The washer started shaking and vibrating along with loud sounds with every single cycle. Not so happy with the fact the washer was purchased brand new and it has been only 1.5 years since I purchased it

    Shocks broke after just 18 months.

    18 months after buying this, the shocks broke. 6 months out of warranty and $300 for just the parts (not labor) to repair. I buy a lot of appliances as a property manager and am used to better quality/service from Samsung. The irony this is listed as having "Vibration Reduction Technology+." Now the entire house shakes and I need a new machine. Argh.

    Stay Away

    This is the 2nd Samsung (same model) I’ve purchased since March 2020. The 1st one began to leak shortly after the 1 year warranty expired. Shortly after that, the rubber seal on the door tore. After countless calls and chats with Best buy I found out it would be almost the same price to buy a new one than replace. So fast forward, I purchased a new one and now a few months after, it’s now making an awful sound during spin mode. Stay away! Samsung doesn’t stand by their product when called.

    Would not recommend purchasing this or the my best buy total tech service. There is a defect with these models where the counter weight is not torqued down correctly causing it to crack and break. The loud airplane launching noise is a great indicator for this. Apparently setting up an appointment with total tech does not guarantee anyone will even show up or even contact you to reschedule when they "over book" you. I'd only consider this if you want to take a chance your model has no issues and can afford to go a month without being able to wash your clothes.

    Washes great but the finally spin is very loud, almost like a howling sound. Not sure the vibration reduction really works.

    Great washer, horrendous delivery via 3rd party. Since when does the geek squad not deliver and install Best Buy purchases. You’ve completely remove the leg up you’ve heard from other big box stores.

    Not sure yet. Got this one due to the fact that i just purchased a 5.0 cf washer 3.5 years ago and now its not worth fixing (950.00 + maybe a inner drum)and they are not even sure they can get the counter balance that it needs. The only reason i purchased the 4.5cf was that the dryer still works and i bought two pedestal at 300.00 a piece. Hopefully this one last longer!

    Delivery is Dispicable Machines work great

    The product was beautiful the delivery was atrocious. I have waited from Oct til just week to get my products imstalled and delivered. To add insult they scratched my washer and Best Buy had the audacity to tell me the scratches are only worth 30 bucks. As if i could walk in their store damage an item and tell them how much it should be worth. Purchasing the products was a wonderful experience but every moment after that was hell. Its sad that people are treated with such disregard and blatant disrespect. My lesson is leaned Home Depot from now on.

    Horrible whasher! Installed, leveled. Loaded it up for the 1st time and the vibration when spinning was insane. The washer was moving around causing damage to the laundry room. 2 people could not keep the washer from moving. Leveled the wahser again and still had the same issue. Ended up returning the item and bought a new one different brand, and had no issues.
