    I had to trade in this front loader for a top end loader. I dont know if is the product or just the front end loading design but this washer was leveled and still jumped around my laundry room. Everything I tried to do to level the washer did not work. Ordered and replaced with a top end loading washer, its great.

    Broke after only two years!

    I’ve had this dryer barely 2 years and all of a sudden the drum starts banging around during the spin cycle and then it stops, I go to check it out and it appears the drum broke and fell or the bearings broke. I’m told repairing it would be more than just replacing it! I paid $1600 for it, I feel so cheated, so I guess I have to but a whole new one but never again Samsung!

    Another great appliance from Samsung. I was a long standing whirlpool fan when it comes to washer and dryer. I switch to Samsung and zero regrets.

    Purchased the washer 26 months ago. Now I have to replace it. Repairman said it most likely was faulty from the beginning.a tube got loose started leaking and resulted in cutting and putting holes in another tube and drum seal.

    Damaged and poor customer service

    The people who brought the machine were extremely rude and on top of that the machince came banged up , was told by customer service i would get a 180$ gift card if i decide to keep the machince . A month later i did not receive the gift card and when i call best buy customer service they have no idea what to do. First and last time buying an appliance from best buy

    did 1 load and have a floor full of water. cant get a repair for over a week. also pedestals dont fit and replacements wont be delivered for a month.NOT happy

    The washer is noisy, especially when the water is being drained and the last spin . The washer is on second floor and the whole house vibrates.

    Smelly washer

    The washer has an odor from the first wash that is foul. It doesn't matter if you take clothing out immediately and clean the inside of washer and keep the door open. The smell never goes away even if you run the clean cycle immediately after wash or within the hour of washing.

    Wrong part bring for installation for 4 times in 1 months i can't believe this is so bad experience from best buy and horrible service don't buy anything if have service for installation because no body care and if you want talk with Manger you have wait 3 hours behind phone every time

    Put in first load to wash and water everywhere, washer leaked water out called to get repaired and they could not find the part that was needed said it seemed to be discontinued, a new washer with parts already discontinued, really, it took almost a month before they said ok we can’t find the part just return it.

    This washer started leaking after 8 uses! Samsug will not replace it, they will only have it repaired. Tech said it requires total tear down and weeks to get parts! Best Buy will not help because its over the two weeks return period and I didn’t buy the protection plan. 1 month is all I got and I'm just so frustrated! A washer should last longer than a month, dont buy!!

    Just picked up the washer yesterday and tried using today.. NOT very happy and satisfied at all. It’s vibrating excessively/shaking violently/moving around, starts during rinsing cycle then getting sooo bad during spinning .It’s Also not draining well, clothes still very wet. Will be returning
