The washer is suppose to be vibration reduction and very quite and it’s the exact opposite. Every time it spins out it sounds like it’s gonna take flight out the window. Horrible washer for the price I paid for it. Will never purchase it again. I’ve even had it replaced and it still is not a good washer.

After purchasing stackable washer/dryer, upon delivery, washer damaged - it happens. BUT it was after that trying to get the NEW washer was unacceptable! I went to local store several times to confirm delivery. In day of delivery- no washer! It took MANY calls & hours of frustration to finally get it delivered on 6/18/21. Rep apologized for dropping the ball.

We have had repair men out and they say they have the same issue on the model for multiple owners. We have made sure it is level too. I would not recommend this washer as is. Gets to 10 mins and stays there, rinsing and rinsing. Just adding more water and not draining or spinning. My dryer from Samsung, arrived DOA. What useless crap. And terrible customer support.
