    Don't Buy Without Coverage

    Amazing washer, while it works. Right at one year, though, it broke beyond repair. We thought that a brand new appliance would work longer than a year, so we didn't have any extended coverage. Thanks for the pain and waste of money, Samsung and BestBuy.

    Wrong Water Temp for dark cycles otherwise ok

    Bought in Sep 2020 and Samsung States Warrant expired 6/21. Right after I had proof my warranty exp 9/2021 it breaks down. The washer machine fills with wrong temp of water. Only uses hot even in "DARK COLORS" setting which is fading clothes. Plumber stated it is a machine problem not a plumbing issue. Otherwise machine is ok

    The machine stopped working within a yr. Unknown to us...water has to be drained from contraption on left constantly. Now 2 yrs later the machine broke completely.

    I would not recommend this washer I have only had for 3 months and already it has to be repaired get another brand it will save you a ton of trouble.

    These washer and dryers were defective, picked up on 8/30/23 and on 8/31/23 I couldn’t wash or dry! I today is 9/15/23 I still do not have a replacement I have to go with out ! I won’t be getting new ones till the 20th !

    I do not reccomend purchasing this washing machine. It barely uses any water. You have a huge tub but because of the amount of water it uses , you can only do small loads. Not happy with it at all. Too many options

    Hot water valve broke while not in use

    Hot water valve broken right over one year warranty period. We rarely use hot water. Bad quality. We’ve used several brands, Whirlpool, Kenmore, Lg over the years and they just works for many years till worn out. This is by far the worst.

    Extremely noisy spin cycle on all speeds. Sounds like a jet taking off. If laundry room door is open, you cannot have a conversation in the rest of the house. Best buy Delivered and set it up. Because it is under warranty, I have to go through Samsung

    Terrible Purchase - This Washer Leaked and caused damage to my floors and walls. Had to fight with store manager to pick it up and return it. Very disgruntled in the way the store manager handled this with us!!!

    Delivered a defective washer

    Got washer deliver 10/26. Was able to use it this week (after completing renovations). During spin cycle of any option the washer shakes so hard it not only move from its location, but it unplugs from the wall. Cannot return/exchange because it is past the 15 date of purchase.

    It was great for 5 days. Then it wouldn't drain. It was replaced with a new washer, but it is scary that a new item broke down so quickly. The computer in it must have had problems. I have no answer to what happened, but happy it was immediately replaced
