Love it! Is very silent and efficient! We are very happy with the acquisition

The only thing I would like is the choice of temp for wash and rinse. Other than that it is phenomenal. I love the smart wash where it adjusts for the load up or down due to amount of laundry. It is supper quiet (as long as you don’t have super heavy stuff to bang around in rinse cycle like heavy blanket or zippered items).

I bought this washing machine when I moved into a new home with the matching dryer. The washing machine keeps getting so loud. It’s vibrates that bad that the monitors on my desk rattle and move. I have had 5 service visits and multiple parts replaced. It gets a little better and then within a few weeks it back to the very loud and crazy vibrations. I am having call out 6 next week. I hope they replace it. I am so done with it

Although I have only had the 4.5 Cu. Ft. Front Load Washer for several weeks, I am very satisfied with its performance. It is relatively quiet, does a good job of washing, and has numerous cycle options. My main complaint is that puddles of water remain in the rubber trough surrounding the tumbler. One must towel dry it in order to prevent it getting musty. Also, excessive water remains in the detergent drawer when the cycle is finished. It is a mold and mildew magnet!

this machine seems to be as good as the last one. I haven't yet figured out how to get the my cycle programed into it. But it is a nice machine, does great.

The washer was a great selection for the price. We needed something quickly and after lots of research we decided on this one and it has been a great purchase so far. No complaints! It is quiet and the cycles clean really well.

Leaks on most commonly used cycles - best buy total tech not helpful either, wants to take the washer then arrange for a replacement

I love this washer in nearly every single way. I like the option to stack, which I do not utilize at this time, but it's good as a future option. The only thing I don't like is, from my understanding, the only option between end-of-cycle notificaiton is silence and this annoying, long musical number. That is ridiculous and I don't like it one bit. That is the only reason I am giving this 4 stars instead of 5. That's the same exact issue I have with the dryer, so pretty much the same review as this is a set and goes with the other.

So far so good. User friendly, very quiet, and efficient. Only trouble has been it required HE detergent, and does not break down detergent sheets well. Currently looking into non toxic detergent options, otherwise wonderful machine.
