When looking at the face plate and the top, I can see that the space in between the two piece is not constant. But other than that, it has been working great and it is very quiet.

This washer started to get loud within about one year, second year clothes started seeming like they weren't clean. A few nights ago the drum detached and the washer almost tore my plug outlet out of the wall. My appliance repair guy who is very honest said the parts to Samsung washers are so expensive it's not worth it to fix it. I'm currently waiting on a GE washer to be delivered so they can haul this trash out of my house. I will never buy Samsung again, oh and don't fall for Best Buy Total tech. Unless you renew it every year for $200 they won't help you. Total scam.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Machine locked up in a rinse cycle I don’t know if I did something wrong I unplugged it and it reset, so far everything seems fine other than that. I haven’t tried all the functions but 2 hours run time for heavy load seems a bit excessive.

This has all the bells and whistles that we need and most importantly it gets our clothes cleaned very quietly.

The specifications list that the drain and fill hoses are not included, however the drain hose is. For anyone looking to purchase this washer in the future, you will need to also purchase fill hoses separately. Enjoy‼️

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was hands down the worst shopping g experience ever and my recommendation would be to avoid the Bridgeton Best Buy Outlet at all costs. We picked the open box item in the show room and paid for delivery. At the first delivery attempt, the store had mistagged the item and tried delivering a stove/range instead of the washer. The store manager took 0 accountability and tried to blame the delivery drivers. When the second delivery was attempted, the washer the tried to deliver was substantially more damaged than the one we picked out on the floor l, and (more importantly) was missing some of the minor damage we had been ok with. It was a complete bait and switch and again the store manager took zero accountability and was incredibly condescending to me and my wife. On top of that, it took days to process the refund because there was no way for them to start the refund until the refused delivery was closed out at the end of the day. Hands down, this was my single worst retail experience ever.
