WOW... what a difference!!! The old washer would DISCO dance across the garage floor during the spin cycle. So far the new washer stays in place. The vibration reduction technology exceeds our expectations. The new dryer is quiet and efficient reducing the overall drying time compared to our older unit. Our garage looks fancy now with the Black Stainless Steel models. LOL Lastly, the local BestBuy Rep. Daniel was very knowledgeable and made the entire transaction easy. BestBuy will continue to be our go-to store for electronics & appliances.

It was still washing well, but we have dogs and I hadn't cleaned out the filters and seals often enough, so there was lots of dog hair matted up inside. I really like getting alerts on my phone when a load is done so I remember to put it in the dryer. The only thing I don't like is that the door frame extends further than the old model, so it runs into my laundry basket (I don't have risers). So I can't just leave a basket right in front of the machine anymore.

Personally I love how quiet it can be, sometimes i forget i have a washing load going until it beeps.

It has no agitator so it's easier on your clothes. You can have up to 5 rinses if you want. The spin cycle is so efficient.

Great washer but bad installation experience

Truly recommend it to anyone! The only downside was when the technicians came to install it they were very lazy and didn’t set it up correctly when they said everything is good. When I put clothes inside it gave an error code and I had to fix it myself by pulling the washer out and see what was wrong since they left.

I purchased a Samsung washer because we have the refrigerators and they work perfect as well. The washer is very quiet. Another thing we like about it is the fact that it has a front door to the clean out pipe. We have a lot of little socks that can get stuck there and cleaning those out is a breeze. I will continue to purchase Samsung appliances.

The only drawbacks are the door doesn't seem to be sealed completely because it shakes a bit when on the spin cycle. The other drawback is doesn't have a programmable favorite cycle.
