You can't really control the washer from the SmartThings app, you can't control the washer from outside your home network. With it being front loading, and stackable, the placement of the drain could have been better. So far I've had no issues with actually washing clothes so it seems to do the one thing its made for well... however its new so appliances working well when brand new SHOULD be the norm. You have to power down the machine to do anything, can't really wash a small load, and need to be mindful of the area surrounding the door - its obvious it will collect socks and other small clothing.

Repairs were going to be expensive. I chose to go back to a front loader and this washer is amazing. Instead of hours to wash clothes,l had 4 very clean loads the first night I bought it. Love this washer. I just wish they weren't so expensive.

The whole buying experience from Best Buy was as good as always. Mike helped us decide which model to buy and gave us good deal too including extended warranty and the tech package. The delivery was quick and on time and the technicians were very experienced and professional. They fixed them perfect and both my Champagne dryer and washer are working perfectly fine. Loving the steam function and low noise as compared to the ones we had before. Thanks Best Buy for amazing buying and customer service experience. :) :)

I know people don't like the high efficiency machines because the water level is so low. I didnt have high hopes about performance initially but these are way better than I expected. Lots of settings to choose and is definitely going to save water.

Size capacity of the loads and the wash are pretty good . I would recommend this washer . Also can be used as stackable as well. Especially for small areas like an apartment. Plus the price is good as well ,if your on a budget during these difficult times.
