We recently upgraded from our previous Washer, which was also a Samsung. This model has all of the same features as our last one, and the interface is essentially the same. I was surprised to see that the same wash cycles are faster on this model. The clothes are just as clean in a faster time. I haven't tried the app or connecting it to our home wifi, I just don't see the need. But so far, I'm pretty satisfied with the purchase.

The best washer I have ever had! It washed the clothes perfectly. Even red tomatoes source stains, female underwear, you name it. I loved how it auto-filled with water, it also made clothes almost dry, so it made easy to dry them when ready, and had different cycle settings. My only complaint is that it lasted for only 2 years.

This is my first set of stacking washer/dryer - love the space saving element. The machine works great - it's fairly quiet and very easy to use.

Energy efficient, clothes come out clean and smell great. Couldnt connect to the wifi though, not sure what was going on there.

Our last washer stopped working and we picked up the Samsung washer dryer duo. It doesn’t seem to have as large of a capacity as our previous washer which lasted 15 yrs. Hopefully this one also has some longevity to it. Seems to wash the clothes pretty well. There does seem to be a lot of twisted up pant-legs and sleeves with this one causing the clothes to be a bit more wrinkled than our old set up. Might be overloading it with clothes. Might try some smaller loads to compare.

Bought the set, both work great so far! Love the option to rinse a few times without having to run a whole other cycle. When we need something washed quickly, it definitely does the job!

Great appliances, I bought then for a gift and my daughter loves them. Delivery and assembly very profesional

Very nice and clean looking units. They work great! I have only had them less then a month but as of now I would get them again! Only down fall is that the smart feature would not work but they still operate great without it. Would recommend!
