My wife can't stop washing her clothes. I love the color. The delivery guys didn't take that long to installed it customer Service was tremendous. And I wanna say thank you to best buy and samsung company I never been so happy....

However the washer and dryer that they showed a picture of we’re not the ones that I received. However they are the ones that I ordered but for some reason Best Buy had canceled my order so I never got an email telling me they canceled my order on the day they were supposed to arrive. I ended up calling customer service to find out my order has been canceled. They couldn’t give me a reason I had paid for my order in cash And ended up having to get an LG open box washer and dryer which I’m happy with but I would’ve love to have the Samsung that I originally purchased but that didn’t happen so there’s my review it said I can qualify for a $400 gift card for me doing this . Let’s see if my luck has changed and win the gift card. It’s not fair for me to be able to rate this item since I never originally received it so if it lets me, I’m gonna leave them blank if not, I will mark the middle star..

It works so that’s cool. But it is soooo sensitive! In my old house it worked because it was behind a baby gate and I had my units stacked so I never had the need to reach over it while it was in use but now I have shelving above and you cannot reach to get anything because if you touch it in the SLIGHTEST bit it will shut off while it’s washing and you can’t just start it back up where it stopped!!! You have to restart the wash every time losing the soap with it. My boyfriend and I each have done it several times by accident. I googled it and apparently it’s a common complaint that Samsung says they can’t fix due to emergencies but there’s got to be a solution. My toddler is only 2 so she hasn’t noticed yet but I know the time will come so not looking forward to her learning that new trick! If you have them stacked it’s a little better because then you’re not reaching over while it’s in use.

This is just a newer model of what we had before. Not much has changed and the exterior design still matches close enough to the dryer, so we didn't have to replace both to make them match. We went with another Samsung with the hopes we will get the same amount of life out of this one that we got from our last washer. It has all the same modes and works almost identically as our old one. It just has a much longer chime when the loads are finished. The smart function isn't really useful for us. Our home is filled with all types of smart devices, but we tried this feature on the washer and this just isn't something we need to control remotely.

Also needs less detergent. Probably less wear and tear on the fabrics. Took a few washes to get used to a machine that is not a top-load, but it's an improvement.
