Being able to hold bulk liquid detergent and fabric softener. Very convenient and power savor only using 110v and not having to vent to the outside, great little unit

Product is good- purchased from the wrong place.

Because it was not listed as purchased new, I was out of the factory warranty and had to pay out of pocket for repairs. The spring came a lose and it was super loud and walked from the wall. After having it repaired, it is better. All in all, I like the washer, but next time will not purchase one from the Best Buy Outlet.
