Lower rating because as a person with disability had to Put on furniture sliders to help navigate cleaning. Cleaning is a challenge as filter at bottom of unit and drain plug and cylinder filter both are hard to release. Plastic fittings make getting water connections reconnected back snugly. Keep shopping if you have limited mobility.

Look amazing in our laundry room. Washer is super quiet and dryer dryes our kind size comforter one go round. So far super happy and paid under 1k for the set!

It has several adjustable settings and a cute little chime when finished. It has a filter clean out at the bottom which neither of my previous washers had.

My favorite thing has been seeing when a load is done on my phone, tablet, or tv instead of going to check every so often. Also, it washes very fast with far better and cleaner clothes than my last washer. Its also extremely quiet. I cant hear it when its washing and im in the room right next to it.

The washer is a lot larger inside than it looks and takes a larger load than I expected. Overall I am extremely happy with my purchase. The washer was delivered on the date stated by the salesman at the store and the delivery people were very careful and professional when delivering it.
