I like the washer and matching dryer set, i have them stacked in my kitchen. They are quiet and efficient. I would recommend this set to anyone looking for new appliance who needs a warranty, delivery, haul away, and installation due to not having a truck.

Great steam and quick cycles

The capacity is wonderful and I really like the steam cycles. Also, the quick cycles are great for clothes that are not very dirty! I’ve stopped using the pods because once in a while they won’t desintegrare properly. Otherwise, amazing!

One thing that needs to be stressed for all front loaders; The door must remain open after use to allow the tub to dry out. Top loaders this is not necessary as there is air circulation because there is no seal on the top loaders door like the side loader has. This is one draw back of the side loaders, however the advantage is it uses less water.

There was a leak and I determined that the water was leaking from one of the water supply hoses because of the faulty rubber gasket inside of the hose. After spending over 2 hours on the phone with one of the Geek Squad reps another team from the delivery company and they replaced both hoses. No problems after that. At least so far.

I knew that front loader use less water and energy efficient. They delivered it and set it up. They meaning Best Buy delivery service geek squad was professional and friendly. They took the old product and recycle it for me. After as many washes it does a self clean by itself. Best Buy stands by there word. I give it 5 stars
