This washer is pretty good. The music ring is cut when it finishes the washing cycle. The capacity is good enough for my family. It is for my best recommendation.

I JUST LOVE OUR NEW SAMSUNG FRONT LOAD WASHER. IT'S WONDERFUL NOT TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH AN AGITATOR - IT MAKES IT SO MUCH EASIER TO WASH LARGE ITEMS LIKE COMFORTERS, OR SMALL ITEMS THAT WOULD GET TRAPPED UNDER AND AROUND AN AGITATOR. IT IS A BEAUTIFUL MACHINE, WITH MANY SETTINGS TO CHOOSE FROM, BUT IT IS VERY EASY TO USE. I'M SO VERY HAPPY TO HAVE IT. THANK YOU;

This is a good product with reasonable price. And easy to use.

These are the best Washer/Dryer set I've ever used. Excellent functionality! A lot of settings, also they don't waste electricity nor water. I love them now I can wash and dry all my bed covers at home don't have to deal with going out to a laundromat. I was a bit skeptical because of that issue Samsung had a couple of years ago but I have absolutely " NO REGRETS" I would recommend these even to my worse enemy. Stay safe out there! BE KIND! Love you!!!!!

Good quality , A little bit small compared with the traditional ones ! When use it, for the dark color clothes , choose 1 level of the heat, ! if you have small load , do the quick wash! I have been using it for more than a year! love my Samsung washer because it doesn’t ruin my clothes , works well with different types of clothes! A loiter but small for comforter and blankets! Should sanitize it every 6 months! it has the ringtone indicating when clothes are done washing! very nice washer

Love my new washer , so many options to wash and sterilize and many others choices. Very modern, it’s quiet! I’m loving it! Just waiting on my dryer that unfortunately won’t arrive until the end of December.

Like my old Samsung washer but more choices. Doesn’t allow you to put much detergent in it but not needed either. Lots of choices. Does seem to vibrate a bit much on spin since I got the pedestal installed. Clothes are nice and clean. Replaced my Samsung of 11 years. The old one was developing problems. Sale price of washer/dryer great. Only prob was old pedestals didn’t fit.

Runs quiet, gets the close clean, and plays a little song when the cycle is done.

Bought this 2 weeks ago to replace a top loading Maytag that needed repairs 4 times in 28 months (darn glad I bought the 3 year protection plan at Lowes). To their credit, Lowes refunded the entire purchase price in the form of a gift card. Lowes did not have any washers in stock. Best Buy delivered this in 5 days. This Samsung is quiet washing and quiet spinning. Very happy with my purchase.

We bought this to replace a 42-year-old Maytag (which finally reached the end of its long life). If this Samsung front loader is any example, washers have certainly changed for the better in those 42 years. It uses less water and spins faster. The clothes come out clean with considerably reduced dryer time. We've only had it a few weeks... but, so far, I'd recommend this model.

Bought this washing machine on black friday after mine broke. Price was great compared to other stores. Long story short this is definitely a nice machine at a low orice. Would definitely buy it again. Thanks best buy.
