We haven't actually received this item yet. But we have a washer just like this in the house we're selling and purchased one just like it in the house we are now buying. This is the best washer I have ever owned. And the companion dryer is wonderful as well!

We got the set and so far our clothes smell and look better. Had some clothes that smelled like mildew but the clothes smelled great. Only issue is we put to small of a load and it didn't spin out all the way. But definitely recommend.

Samsung Washer is very Beautiful in Platinum. I love the Large Capacity. I have never used a Front Load Washer before but can't wait to try it out. It was so easy to install!

Super sleek looking and wash loads really really well. Just do not use alot of soak as its a smart washer and does not use alot of water like traditional washers

Good so far. Holds water in the door area, we wipe it out and leave the door open to avoid bad stuff. ( we fear mold and mildew if left closed) Works well, WIFI notification is a cool feature. Still new, My last washer lasted 30 years... We'll see.

Samsung has the absolute best products!! The ma hine handles the toughest dirt i theow in it feom a hard day of working.

Delivery was as promised without any problems. I've used this washer multiple times and am very satisfied with the results. This washer did a better job than my last Maytag which died right after the warranty expired. So far, I'm also very satisfied with the customer service I received from Best Buy with all my purchases.
