I love the steam clean settings. They tackle all pet odors and the clothes come out smelling so clean. I love the look of the appliances and they are much more quiet than my last washer/dryer set.

If you have a dog I would recommend removing the dog hair from the silicone flap in between the washer and the door by hand and then running a cleaning cycle after you have days you need to wash pet items or heavily fur covered clothes or blankets of your own.

Large capacity stainless steel tub holds large loads. We used the Best Buy delivery and take-away option and it was quick and easy !

In my opinion. So this is a well made washer, the best one in my mind for about 600-700. It is smooth and is so efficient you use much much less laundry detergent. I have had it a month and I can recommend this washer to you or someone that I know.

The color is beautiful in person and the technology allows for seamless bluetooth integration through their app. Would absolutely recommend this set to anyone in the market!

Buying experience from best buy is always good except delivery experience where you have to careful cheers. Cheers!

So far, very easy to use and I appreciate not having to bend since it's on a pedestal. It's wash cycle is quiet. I was surprised at the specific guidelines for which HE detergent to use. I had been using HE detergent with baking soda and the guidelines say not to use this type of detergent.

It's quieter, the bin is larger, and its even more efficient than the previous one with less drying time needed. I worried that the new bells and whistles would be intimidating but, in reality, I had no problem adjusting.
