Beautiful washing machine. I loved how It washed my couch pillows with out making them loose their shape. I would have gave 5 star but had to take away 1 because of the noise the washer makes ( shaking& bouncing around when washing only half a load of clothes)

Working fine and quiet. There was one time it's giving me a SUD error, then I tried w/ rinse only option but the SUD symbol still displayed. Finally I solved it by unplugged the power and plugged it back then the symbol is gone. The manual doesn't show instruction about this though.

I’m very happy with this purchase. My clothes wash faster, they’re fresher, cleaner and brighter. I should have replaced my other washer a couple of years ago; however, I’m very happy now.

My old Samsung Washer finally stopped working after 12 years. I love Samsung washer's features hence decided to stick with the brand and got this one. No regret. It is surprisingly quiet. I cannot hear any sound even when it's spinning, sitting on the same floor with laundry room door closed.

I love this washing machine and I very much hope we don’t have problems like we did with our first one that was exactly the same. We didn’t purchase the first one through Best Buy. This is a replacement for the other and Best but happened to be the only one that still had it. It’s a nice looking washer that runs very well. Problem is that with time I’m afraid a drum bearing will go out like the other washers did. Best Buy has been very good about explaining their service and have told us to contact them with any problem that may arise. So glad I went with Best Buy.

Great washer, easy to set up. Plays a long jingle when done. If buying an open box, due remember to remove the transport bolts.

The installation staff was the best. The product deliver great performance consistently.

It is quite, looks good and works great, but definitely needs a pedestal if you don’t plan to stack.its a medium size. Not great for big comforters or duvets.

Does a great job but feels cheap to use. Fairly quiet but the bearings have some noise in them at heavier loads. Will have to see how it performs in the long run. Great buy when it's on sale, but you could probably do better for full price.

This wager machine fit a good amount of close and also works well very easy

This is my second Samsung washer, but this one is a front loader. The other one was a top loader. This one seems to clean our clothes so much better. I love all the modes it has.

It looks perfect, de design helps to fit it in the standard space, it is easy to use and has several cycles. I like it a lot.

I had to replace my old front-loading Samsung after 20 years and chose this one because consumer reports had the highest rating for this washer at the cheapest price. Something I shoot for. Why get 2 points better score for 300 dollars more, or 5 points lower score for 300 dollars more

Washer is what I needed, performs well. Does lack sufficient guidance - no manual to explain certain functions. Am using with confidence that it will last a long time.
