I like the look and it washes very well. The problem is that it shakes like mad during the spin cycle. You can hear it from across the house even if we adjust the spin to medium. We had it installed by BestBuy. Over all, it’s a good value if you don’t mind the loud noise during the spin cycle.

Great washing machine, outstanding washing capabilty. Clothes come out clean. Service and installation was outstandind. Technician named Jr. made sure it was installed correctly and that we were satified. Great purchase..

Vibrated much more than an electrolux it replaced. Was able to tone it down some with taking time to level it perfectly. still kind of wants to walk at certain speeds of spin. When it winds up and down. Not at an actual speed that it holds at. Also door design is pretty dumb. Drips and couple ounces of water if you open door right after a cycle has ended. Enough to leave a small patch of water. ~5in x 5in. Either wipe it as you open or be lazy like me and open it after the water has dripped internally into the drum. One extra note is that the water actually drops from the detergent area onto the clothes. My electrolux before just filled the drum from the bottom up. Didn't even think of that until I was watching my first cycle this washer.

I had used this brand (Samsung) before and liked it, so when it was time to get a new machine I chose it. I am pleased, it is modern and efficient. One aspect is that you are kept informed on how much time is left before it's done. It's helpful.

A device where the price quality is noticeable. Silent in its operation. Economic in expenses. Only, you will be silenced by the amount of sound information that it is capable of giving.

We went in store to look at washers and find which one we wanted and since wasn't in stock we ordered online. The staff was great and very helpful and the delivery was great they unloaded right where we told them to. Never had a new washer so took a minute to figure out why it shook out of where we placed it only to find out there are shipping bolts that hold drum so once we got that it works perfectly!

This washer is so quite. I can not be heard. Easy to do bedding with the large capacity drum. Had to use a laundromat before for blankets. This front load washer uses less water but effective

I never thought i would love a washing machine. It’s incredibly efficient. I love that i get a notification on my phone when the wash cycle is complete.

We bought it just a month ago, and so far it works fine, happy with it, worth the expense. It is quiet, and the electronic controls are user friendly. We would highly recommend it.

Love my new washer and dryer! Works great and makes my clothes nice and clean. I love the black does and the variety of colors to choose from. Love it!

Love the different selection in settings which makes things a lot easier instead of having to manually select all the desired settings. It’s also pretty quiet.

Nice washer and my wife loved it because easy reach inside. Able use WiFi hook up to phone so she can go other room and get notifications when it done

I had this washer in a previous residence, but sadly had to leave it behind. I was so glad when my current washer stopped working and I had the opportunity to get this one. It does a great job, has intuitive controls on the front with lots of options, and is attractive (and quiet).

Love my new washer and dryer set. They work great would definitely buy again.

In my opinion this front end loader works alot better than the top load unit .
