So far so good. I especially like the anti-vibration tech. It’s hard to rate a NEW appliance, ask me 5 years from now. The lid had a good size dent in it, don’t really know how it got there. I’ll see how it goes. I expect 10 years of reliable service. I only use it 2 times a week.

Nice quality, quiet operation, user interface is easy to understand

Love this washer. It is not only beautiful but efficient. I love that it has the steam function for additional sanitizing. The washer has great capacity and I have no issues washing some of my heavier bedding.

So far so good. Im giving it a 4 star rating because its farely new. I like to give reviews once I have had a unit working in excellent condition for over 2 years. However, thus far it seems to be getting the job done efficiency. I do enjoy the singing tune at the end of the cycle.

Definitely something I should have bought earlier, I was a bit concerned about samsung washing machines but after using this product I am definitely satisfied with the quality, features, settings and how great of a job it does. Its definitely quiet, intelligent and has all the required features/settings someone might need.

Like the washer. Nice and quiet. Glad that if fit the pedestal base from my old (2009) Samsung washer. Only complaint is that there is no drum light, which I think is a necessity for a front-load washer.

This is an awesome product. So many options to make washing your stuff easier. I have dogs and their stinky blankets are so hard to clean but this washer did an amazing job.

Excellent washer! Reliability is yet to be determined, we had the non-wifi version for 4 years, it was good as new but we moved so got a new pair. Wifi feature is good to have, Google hub announces our laundry when it's done.

Great washer! Make sure you take off the shipping bolts on the back of the washer or it will make a terrible noise when the washer spins. I have had it for about 1 month now and have zero complaints!

This has no agitator which makes it kinder on clothes. Also front load to help us short people. Delivery and set up were wonderful.

We really like the washer. We like the manual way of dispensing detergent and softener.

Like I said about the Dryer, they are a great match and work out for me and the family, many options to work with and easy of use, Let's not forget great price for what you get in return.

They are a very good looking washer and dryer unit they have the settings on both appliances that we need and they wash and dry excellently. The prices were reasonable and up to this point we haven’t had any problems.
