Purchased this after my Maytag washer went out. Great upgrade from my previous washer. Choose the setting and the washer presets what kind of wash is recommended and press the start button. Love it

I have had this washer for about 12 months and have had no problems. i only wash 1-2 loads a week so not sure about heavy usage

Absolutely love this machine. Easy to use with lots of features for everyday use. It senses how big the load is so it saves water for smaller loads. I can was delicate items and heavy bedding.

So far we are enjoying our wash machine that we purchased at Best Buy. Samsung is the brand we have for our dryer and it has lasted well so we decided to purchase a washer too. We like how the washer is simple to use and it works well.

This Samsung washing machine is excellent. Easy to set the cycles, water temperatures, etc,, The delivery team was top notch, very efficient, showed us the basics of operation, answered the few questions we had of them.

So far it works great! I’m a little worried about some of the one star reviews were the washing machine breaks down after the warranty expires. I did not take a chance on the extended warranty. I love the Wi-Fi setting where it would alert you when your load is finished through a SmartThings app. So far so good with no issues and my clothes are coming out very clean, especially the whites! I highly recommend it!

Great dryer! Fits a lot and dryes everything quickly.

Pretty nice washing machine. I went from a top loader to a front loader so its an adjustment. I am not sure if I like it that during the rinse cycle it uses hot water even if you have it set to cold. But it gets the job done and even plays a pretty song at the end of a cycle.

I love my samsung washer. It has a large tub. I feel my clothes get nice and clean with it. It has lots of setting.

I love it, new age, works efficiently, very stylist.
